• Question: what is your favourite hobbie?

      I do tapestry although I haven’t had much time recently. I like walking, reading (magazines and books) and playing football with my kids.

      That’s a nice question! I like listening to music and going to see gigs in Oxford. I am a Scout Leader at my local group, which takes up a lot of time (as I help to do the website as well as run the evenings). I also do karate on and off, which is always very fun. Oh, and I play football with my college.

      I go to the gym, and hang out with my friends a lot.
      Going out with friends is one of the best ways to relax after work. I also like to grow stuff, this summer I have a garden of tomatoes, cabbages, beans and blackberries (caterpillars ate my gooseberries).

      I do try to keep my hobbies up alongside my work. I would say my favourite one would be hiking in the countryside. I have climbed the highest mountains in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, though these are pretty puny alongside others around the world!
