Question: What is like being a sciencetist working in a lab#?

Hi lily,

I don’t really work in a lab like a science lab; I don’t wear a white coat or get to play with chemicals – I work with people, and most of my work happens in schools with children. This is great fun – I get to work with people everyday, and when I’m not at school I have my own office at my university. This is pretty good, because I have my own space to think and read and write, it’s quite a quiet space.
