Hmmm, I’m not sure. I loved biology and medicine from a young age and never questioned whether it liked me. I think the real question is do you like science and if you haven’t enjoyed conventional science (biology, physics, chemistry) you may use science in other ways such as the computers, sport, animation, media, arts or dance for example. Just find something that makes you smile and pursue that. You probably use science in your life all the time (tv, mobile phone, internet, facebook) and haven’t really noticed it.
Some days it can feel a bit like science definitely doesn’t like you, when your experiments won’t go right, when you accidentally blow something up or when your maggot won’t climb up a hill (my own experience of GCSE chemistry and biology), but lots of science is about embracing failures and using them to do stuff better next time – science will definitely like you for that.
